To do this, press a button to select one of the three levels of cold or heat (between 10 °C and 45 °C, ±5 °C).
The heating function has a relaxing effect on the muscles, stimulates blood circulation, and relieves pain, while the cooling function can briefly reduce blood flow to decrease swelling.
