Margaux has designed a full fleece pad (synthetic of course, still no animal materials at GEM), around the edge of the pad for aesthetic purposes, but especially on the inside, for maximum softness.
There's no need to add a shock absorber, the fleece provides the necessary cushioning under the saddle.
CARE
The saddle pad GEM is easy to care for: you can wash it in the machine at 30 degrees.
Do not use a tumble dryer. Do not iron.
