In order to train dogs in retrieving appropriate to hunting, they are trained in the field with dummies. These have to withstand a wide variety of conditions and at the same time ensure successful training.

The 500g heavy AKAH retrieving dummy is made of Cordura® 1100, which makes it particularly hard-wearing and ideally suited for training in a wide variety of terrains. Good to know: After each training session, the dummy can be washed off thanks to the Cordura® fabric.

Our retrieval dummies are filled with plastic balls. These ensure that the dummy floats on the water surface instead of sinking - in other words, training under and with real conditions.

Thanks to its rubberised finger loop, a secure grip and targeted throwing by the dog handler is guaranteed even in adverse conditions.
