Chervil is often used in salads, dressings, or with cheese. You can also use it to season your vegetables and grilled meats.

We recommend using it fresh or frozen.

In infusion, it helps relieve the liver after a large meal, aids digestion, and has diuretic properties. Chervil leaves can be crushed and applied to the skin to soothe insect bites.

After trimming your vegetable garden, you can freeze what you haven't used by placing the leaves in an air-free freezer bag, or by chopping the leaves into ice cube trays, filled with water or oil and placed in the freezer. When dried, it will lose a lot of its flavours.
