Washing the inner liner Remove the liner and wash it in the machine at 30°C, delicate cycle. Air dry only. Do not use a tumble dryer - heat deforms the foam.

Storage Keep your helmet in its protective cover, away from heat, direct sunlight, and humidity. Avoid placing heavy objects on it.

Recommended lifespan Replace your helmet every 5 years at most, even without a fall. Materials degrade over time, with sweat and UV exposure.

After a fall After a fall, even without visible damage, we recommend replacing your helmet. Invisible micro-cracks can compromise the structure, and the EPS cannot be replaced without a new complete approval. How to measure my helmet size?

Measure your head circumference with a flexible tape, above the eyebrows and ears, at the widest point. Repeat 2-3 times and keep the maximum value. The size in cm = the GPA size (e.g., 57 cm → size 57). If you are between sizes, take the larger size.

Can I wash the whole helmet in the machine?

No. Only the removable inner liner can be washed in the machine at 30°C, delicate cycle. The shell is wiped clean only with a damp cloth. Water and heat damage the materials and compromise protection.

Is this helmet approved for FFE competitions?

Yes. All GPA helmets are CE EN1384 certified, a standard recognized by the FFE and FEI organizations. Check the specific requirements of your discipline - some events impose additional standards.
