There’s no need to store them in a refrigerator, and there's no risk of overdose.

Instructions:

• Shake well before use.
• 30ml per 100 litres of aquarium water.
• For a new aquarium: use First Defense 30 minutes before introducing 30ml of One & Only per 100 litres of water.
